Sl74 really the same as a ego08?

now i dont want to get caught out here..
people say that they are both same, but the sl has a barrel kit, cooler (i disagree) milling and will hold its dolla better. other than that they are exactly the same. just wanted to check up on this realisticly, as im interested in either! Cheers,

You just need to look at it this way mate the sl74 was the future for the 08, i have had a couple of sl74's and loads of 08's if i had to pick one hands down it would be the sl74 awsome marker great milling and smooth.

I had the infamous sl74 that m450n is flogging now and that is one sweet gat and rocks and worth a bloody packet in the states.

I have also had ego 08's and like impulse, i prefer the SL.

The 08 is based on the SL but it doesnt mean it IS a SL.

I agree my son went from owning an Etek 1 to Ego8, then SL74..the SL74 was by far the best ..he still has it!
My Disruption 07 has 07 oops and board, eyes etc...set up beautifully by Sid Sidgwick..it rocks..I'd only part with it for an SL74 .. so that says a lot I think...

The SL range is basically the ultimate version of that years ego, often with bits of technology from next years design. And they ended up better than the next years standard gun.

Oh and the SL66 is the best
