Honestly can't think that I have ever seen one for sale, a wanted ad on mcarterbrown would probably find one in the states.

Well I HAD one, but will need to have a big rummage to see if it's still about.
No idea on if it works so will be bought as seen, how much are you offering as it may not be worth my while.
