Whilst we endeavour to run a sucessful rental site along with hopefully a quality tournament venue, things are getting very difficult..
With the UK 10 Man event less than 2 weeks away we are constantly hearing of teams on the paintball grapevine that are supposed to be coming to the event. Unfortunately most of these teams have not actually confirmed by way of their £100 deposit, or even a phone call to our office. We in turn have booked 4500psi air, marshals, trophies, caterers, sup air fields & a trade stand
At present we are continuing to take rental bookings for the same day and are rapidly running out of space.
Any teams who are definitely wanting to attend the event on the 9th March will need to pay a £100 deposit before Friday 28th February. By the end of Friday we will be making the final decision
as to whether there is a sufficient number of teams to run the event.
We can not make this decision on promises of payment and will only count on teams who have actually booked & paid, please don't leave this to the last minute, to run a succesfull event we can't work like this.
