A couple of thank you's

To Nick and his crew at Nottingham thank you for the use of the site and the help in setting up the event, please thank the catering staff.

The marshals Kelly's, RDXetreme, Jonathon and Stuart Paint - "first class" only a few minor complaints disrupted Russell's all day "Tea break". The teams who played all played in the true spirit we want to see in paintball, no bitching just fair play all day. The weather was excellent - it was forecast rain and windy and it was dry all day.

Thanks you to Phoenix and Zap for the paint prizes, another 20,000 given away making 250,000 for the series to date. H-pac for the air as usual first class service. Tracy Paint and Andy Clarke for help setting up and running the event.

Thanks to Russell and H-pac for the 2 on 1 game before the final. Those who watched it "did Russell wipe a hit or was it spray!!!!!!!"

Thanks to the Lincolm Storm player who bid £20 for an empty box for charity (6E chicks charity collection) I hope the box of paint compensated for the empty box.

See you all at Uttoxeter with top spot still up for grabs and all the places below 3rd in the top ten.

Cheers

Steve

Russell no good threating to sue me for deformation of character I have 100 spectators who will back me in court.

Finally - good luck to all teams who are playing at Campaign this weekend. If a team who has played all the series 2003 collects a first place trophy in the finals then they can play the Series 2004 for free (game fee not paint). So there you go the gauntlet has been thrown down - £2000 prize based on this years game fees.

Well done Steve for a nother well run tourney. Excellent day had by all. I do believe that the blatent hitS on Russ were wiped off. Just goes to show he is not all saintly after all :)

Well done Steve for putting your wallet on the line. There are quite a few teams that have played all the legs AND are going to Campaign. Would be wicked to see some Millennium silverware coming back to the Series 2003. Good luck everyone, and just one question Steve............what happens if more than one team wins? ie a Pro, Am A, Am B and Novice :D

Bankrupt

Bankrupted by Series 2003 teams winning Campaign!!!

I can see the headlines in the Sunday Sport

No I won't - I will be "over the moon" (as footballers say) with the success of the UK teams.

If a team collects first place in all four categories it would cost me £8000 so what!!! The fact is UK teams would be in top spot and they need rewarding for their success.

Steve
Could it be done!!!
