I have big problems finding what size i need cos the uk L is diffrent to the US L. Has anyone got some way of figuring this out?

as the proto bounce vest i bought was a L but norm US i'm a M :s

As far as I'm aware, most paintball gear you'll find will run in US sizes which are typically slightly larger than normal UK sizes. However, proto bounce vests run very small IMO.
