Simpsons of the late 1990's knocks South Park on it's ass, hands down. But the new episodes are far fetched and too plot oriented.
South Park wins in my opinion because no matter how many episodes they're putting out, the value never fluctuates from episode to episode. But since South Park hasn't been around as long as Simpsons, it's a difficult match-up
