Im thinking of getting a new bolt for my ion but dont know whether to get a Firebolt or a Lava bolt ? Are the Lava bolts any good at all?

Ah sorry, just thought it would be in there because its a querie ?? Doesnt matter... does anybody know what would be best
The firebolt does almost nothing.
This lava one at least has a forward sealing oring (although if they sell enough they may get themselves slapped with a C&D over that one)
