Sig sizes?

Looking around are we allowed to have bigger sig's now cause I have just made a new one but it looks pretty crap to the old smaller sizes?
Just thought I would ask before fine tuning and hosting.

The sizes we are now allowing are a maximum banner size of 500 wide by 60 deep (high) and 3 lines of text or 6 lines of text.

My PC must be knackered Lump buddy ,It says your sig is 115 tall and that would be against the rules wouldn't it ....bloody PC.
