Showtime Bristol

Heys guys,

Firstly, a big HOWDY!!! as im new to this forum.

Secondly, i was pointed in the direction of this forum from one of the others as this is (apparantly) inflatables based chat?

My question is..... what the hell happened to Bristol Showtime? It is an indoor sup air field in Bristol about 5 mins from my house but i cant find a number in the lellow pages and the website is no longer valid.

I tried calling in the joint but it was locked. Does anyone know if it has gone outta business or if its temporarily out of action or what?

I wouldnt be surprised anyway. Place was a deathtrap and that was just walking through the front door!

Been out of action for some time now. Indoors was nice though it was often colder than the dark side of the moon, and having pillars in the way was no good for practicing anything. There's Skirmish in Weston where a lot of teams train, at least used to.

yep shut down ages ago, that was where i started playing supair after moving out of the woods. good memories there

Ah bummer!

Well from what i can gather people seemed to like the place (on the most part) and it was supposed to be a cool place to chill and stuff.

Must have been raking it in... being the only place INSIDE the bristol boundary.

Is there talk of it re-opening or whatever? or maybe a new indoor site in Bris?

Not sure but I can look it up...we been offered to buy an indoor site down there ages ago...pretty sure it was Showtime.

Player from NLB offered it to us....

So don't think they been making that much money on it.
