Shockwave's new coach

Hi All
this is to let everyone know that i am going to be the new Coach of SHOCKWAVE PRO For this season, I have been talking to Russel this week and have decided to take up this role as this is a great opportunity and honour to be part of one of the top 8 teams in Europe, and I hope to take this team to the top. So I am looking forward to working with the guys as I know that its going to be hard work, but hopefully worth it.
I would like to thank a few people, 1st to Robbo, for the chat we had about taking the role of coach. And I would like to say a big thanks to Phil Webb and Smart Parts Europe I have really enjoyed the bad times as well as the good times, we had a dream but it just didn't quite come off, and to the boys at Team Ecstasy you have still got a good team there so good luck for this season, you know I am only a phone call away.

Great move Twizz, it seems coaching is the way forward, it's good to see you taking control of Shockwave. Hopefully under your guidance, and with the new talent, the team will see some of the same glory of the old days.

Please don't say that mate if our teams draw, or that we have a one on one cos i do remeber the old times... you always win!!!! and no sprint race either and i no how fast you run cos you beat me at that as well, you.......!

Hey i strongly believe in this coaching thing. I think we're going to see a lot more of it, as really good tactcally minded players get older and new players get younger! A good coach can help players explore potential that they might not ever realise if they are left to their own devices.

Besides if you read PGI (not just look at the pretty pictures) you'll quickly realise that coaching in the NXL made all the difference this year.

Thanks to you all all i am going to say is that i am putting all my effort in to this, but i am not going to say how great we are going to be as this year will new to us all, i know a lot of people think what we are not going to do well, my first aim is not to finish bottom so anything highre than that is a bonus! but thats not to say i am thinking negitive, i just don't want to big ourselfs up.
