Right fancy building a shocker as a project
what do i need???
A complete shopping list would be good detailing what i need and where i can get it all from and how difficult would it be
as i have never constructed a marker before only deconstructed markers (usually with dire concequences)

Greatful for any advice
regards
Snooz:D

EDIT: could you give me a rough cost of second hand parts

You'll spend ****loads more building one than you would just buying one used. The only marker that's really feasable to build from scratch is a 'cocker because of the availability of aftermarket parts (i.e., parts that aren't made only by the manufacturer and priced as such). You'll have a difficult time finding a body and parts by themselves.

You can get all teh parts you need from various places.

The most expensive are, the Body, which will have to be bought new, and not in this country...i got mine from the states.

The Solenoid/top board...not cheap...not really worth getting secondhand...about £70-80.

A bottom board....Nerve boards can be got cheap where people have upgraded, or you can go for a Virtue or similar.

The rest of it can be bought as aftermarket parts, Ton Ton frame etc...NDZ Bolt...and so on...

Thats teh one I built...but I was fortunate enough to
a) have got a great deal on some secondhand parts
b) in a position to get other parts more cheaply.

Body was $99...which with the duty blah etc...was around £70.

So your looking at around £200 before you even think about all teh other important bits...Eyes are ridiculously expenisive over here.

You may be better off buying a basic gun...maybe a bit scratched, and doing it up.
