Shocker Upper Board/Noid

So I lent out my shocker at a walkon and some chimp has decided to screw the grip screws into the upper board and not told me.

I need a replacement upper board and noid incase I bugger up the repair of the damage. Post up your spares guys. Thanks

Have they just damaged the power button mate?

As you can get the button from Maplins (or I did a few years ago) then it's a matter of a sharp knife to take the old one off and a careful solder to attach the new one.

Nope broken the copper tracks. Gun turns on and blinks when pulling trigger but solenoid won't click. Need to unsolder the upper board and attempt a repair with circuit writer. Would be great to have a spare though. My soldering skills are really rusty.

Bugger that's not good mate. Now get some shorter screws or little o rings for them

I'm sure the board just pull off the niod. The pins that are soldered to board pull out of both types of niod. Black one vertically. White one horizontal.

Parker is hard soldered on

Yes to the pins. But you can still pull the pins out of niod. Without damaging it.

I thought if you pulled the pins out of a parker noid it buggered it. Interesting have you done it before?
