Hi Lads,
Got an Hybrid Shocker NXT 2007, runs beautifully except for one thing! If I leave it for a while, 15 minutes i'd say, then i try to fire, i get first shot drop off, all the other shots fire perfectly and consistently though. I have changed the dwell and upped it to what I believe to be about right (slightly overset to compensate). Also cleaned the bolt to clear any debris and properly lubed it.
Under my fairly limited paintball knowledge I believe this to be due to the board not having abs? (anti-bolt stick) Am I right in believing that this board doesn't have this? Would upgrading to a virtue board or blackheart solve this problem as I read they have settings to help eliminate this. Only hesitation I have about this is my markers fairly particular as it is one of a kind and has a few things slightly different from most shockers of the same sort so I didn't want to change the board if my one was already custom for my marker (one thing that leads me to presume this is because it chirps which i didn't think most stock shocker boards did).
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Jake.
