Bought it off a member of these forums, As it goes, generally quite often for me, Problems with it
It seems when its being dryfired it lacks a lot of pressure, it seems to be very quiet.
When i put paint in it is like it is suffering from first shot drop off at first then it will shoot 1 or 2 balls then suffer VERY bad drop off. Not sure what it is.
Changed Battery
Lubed Everything
Solenoid clean
Changed Dwell settings a lot
Any suggestions shocker gods? ;)

check the inserts just below where the bolt goes in.

if it is a stock make sure that they are flush and that they are in the correct holes and have not been switched.

so if you have cleaned all the reg (theres 2 main parts to clean in a stock sft reg), noid, and bolt assembley, dwell is cranked to the top, fresh battery and bottle is all the way in.

It may be the solenoid incorrectly assembled or the solenoid inserts of doom!

Those are the only things I can think of, unless theres a leak some where, also check the bolt moves freely in the bolt sleeve, and check all o-rings, particularly the 17/70 in the rear of the firing can and the 2 12/70's on the bolt guide

the inserts have no set position, play around with them, they control the air path inside the body, if they are slightly out of line they will cause shooting problems.

Oh and if your going to send it to SP, make sure there are no non-sp parts on it as they can be fussy about that.

as balf said about the bolt. I had this trouble.

Take the bolt assembly out keep the bolt sleeve on the bolt and then just pull and push the bolt to see how easily it moves.

if possible borrow someone elses shocker bolt assembly and try it with theirs before sending it off to sp
