Ani-clockwise me thinks. But I could be wrong. If you air it up slowly and try it over a chronie, half turn at a time. You can't do any real damage. (unless you turn it up too high and air up too quickly with HP)

Wooo just found something out on that site which I never knew.
The only real issue with this regulator is that you have to unscrew the bottom set screw (on the side of the reg) when you adjust the reg's output pressure through the allen wrench in the bottom. If you don't loosen the set screw, it will grind against the adjustment cap in the reg an scrape brass shavings off into the bottom.
New one to me, thought I'd better tell you aswell.
