ok, if it's a noid, first thing you need to do is find out which one. if you cant work out which one, then you'll need to take the both apart (1 at a time) and clean and lube them. check for damage to the tiny o-rings. if there is damage to the o-rings then u're kinda stuck, cos i don't think smart parts will sell you o-rings for the noids. so you may have to source them from somewhere else...

** when taking the noids apart NEVER overtighten the screws as it is easy to strip the threads....then you're buggered!!! **

look here for a guide to the shocker: see page 10/11 for a troubleshooting guide, and the end for a guide to the solenoids.

need any more help, pm me and i'll try :)

Well, it really depends on where the sound is coming from. If he's lucky, it's a static O-ring that you can just clean and lube or replace, or basically any O-ring...that's what the O-ring kit is for. Sometimes it's just the poppet in the back. If it's the solenoid, maybe the screws came loose, but as mentioned earlier, don't, don't, DON'T overtighten those screws or you're screwed (sorry, couldn't help myself).
Air the gun up and listen.
Basically, if it's not an O-ring problem, or an easy fix on your solenoid, you need a tech to look at it. Don't try taking apart your solenoid unless you're really confident you can put it back together right (sometimes the difference between part orientation is something almost microscopic) 'cause you'll void your warranty, AND the solenoid is expensive from Smart Parts.

the problem i used to have was the rubber gasget between the solonoid and the body.
you can actaually split the marker and then gas it up to determin which solonoid it is.
