Shocker Output Pressure?

Hey Guys,
quick question as i am about to have a maxflow put on my 05 vision shocker.
what Output pressure should i run mine at?
i have a
high effiency bolt if that makes a difference
and a 1.1 4500 psi tank.
i would like to know what i should set the max-flow to?

all help will be aprreciated.

about 175psi coming out of the vert reg and 550psi + (i heard that was the best op pressure into the vert reg.)

thats a good starting point, they run 160-200 dependant on fps, the inling needs to be 550 as bob said, or higher if you suffer dropoff/recharge probs
