hey guys, im pretty sure what the problem with my gat is, but thought i may as well check here before i send it to a techie and have to splash out some cash

when you air it up, it goes through microline, that goes stiff, bolt locks back aswell

board works as that lights up, plays music, registars trigger pulls and also regisers eyes

however solenoid does not click, eyes on or off, have changed the battery twice and have also canged the wires that go from solenoid to board,

if anyone one has any ideas please help me!

try zeroing the dwell then bring it back up 5 or so clicks at a time, trying to fire after each step.

if that fails, and it's defo not the battery - then it may be the noid is damaged.

what board are you using? you say it plays music? is it the beeps from a blackheart? or the RL virtue?

What solenoid is it Parker (fixed upper board, black and silver) or humphrey (removable upper board, grey and silver in colour).

Also check the pins in the wire harness sockets see if any are bent or missing, if memory serves it's the 2 on the left side of the gat (barrel pointing away feedneck up) that control the firing of the solenoid.

If you have a parker solenoid there is a strong chance you have damaged the pins that mount the board to the solenoid thus killing the noid for good (I had 3 kicking around here at last count with the exact same problem) which is one of the reasons I switched to humphrey solenoids for my shockers

It's a parker...and I'm pretty sure I recognise that gat too, number 1 of 2 lady of lust hybrid NXT...or was it 2 of 2...anyway...my money would be on the 2 pins that connect the board to the solenoid, can you manually fire the noid?(shove an allen wrench down the little hole in the upper board on to the grey plastic button) Also did you check the pins on the lower (main) board?

I'd advise stealing someone else noid, upper board and wireharness and possibly the lower board too as a fault checking setup
