Shocker Lube

I've got Dye Slick Lube and WDP Love Juice. Which is closest to Shocker Lube? Or has someone got some Shocker Lube I can pinch?

never seen the dye stuff so not sure but i can tell you that shocker lube is more like a paste than an oil so your love juice would not do the same job as it has to stay in place on the bolt o-rings etc and the oil will not do that.

If you are anywhere near dartford training site at the weekends i have some shocker lube you can have. I am there every sunday.

they dye stuff is alot more viscous that love juice, that should be the closes to shocker lube.

Neither are very close in my opinion fella !!

I bought a new bolt and needed some lube for the orings, so went down the road to the Dye factory and picked up some Slick Lube.

It's good, but watery compared to the Shocker lube ...

just find a local engineering supply company and get a tube of DOW 33 LITE it is the only lube they say you should use.

i used dye lube on my bolt it was fine if not slicker than dow (in the summer anyways)

i had trouble with dye lube on my ion bolt. it kept sticking and it wouldnt cycle. thats with a lucky lbm bolt not standard though.

dow 33 works beautifully though
so no they are nothing like the same or interchangable
(well not on my bolt anyway)
