Should try out the NSPA site mate for the best paintballing around (and the best local teams) just outside of Darlo (East Counton) 3 man tounrey every Wed night (see the thread in the touney section of the forum mate)

my shockers perfer LP. But yes run on both.

if you are using LP i strongly suggest a crossfire reg or a wdp preset, other regs have trouble as the recharge isnt fast enough, ive had trouble withsome regs at 15bps

ive been playing in the wednesday nite 3 man at point blank
but im in leeds at the moment
going to conquer the uni leagues

New site mate just opened last week, if your interested in Uni leagues try chatting to the Uni Barbarians and Oobermybeer (on these boards) as he (with Steve Hancock) are running the inter uni league

NSPA Is a great site so much fun and great friendly staff. I played ball till 11 pm the other night was great fun !!
