A m8 has just bought a SP NXT Shocker and I was wondering if there was anything needed doing to it before he plays.
Apart from the clamping feedneck or lack of it.
The reason I'm asking is because last time someone I play with bought SP marker it never worked properly(was advised to change the bottom line straight away??? for starters, which bemused me??)he gave up and it's sitting in it's box a year old..that's by the by and I don't want this turning into a "haters and lovers" thread please.
It's all std and any advice will be appreciated.:D
P.m if you want.....cheers..

A feedneck is the only thing that is "required" to make them useable. Unless of course you need to adhere to millenium rules or similar, the ramp on the stock board is lame. People recommend swapping out the ASA as it is non-purging which can be a pain. Possibly a barrel if needs be, I think the NXT comes with an AA back which is .693 so should be good for most paint.
