Ok, check the piston ... then try lowering the pressure...if that doesn't help...set yourself some time and clean the solenoids, and lightly lube the small o=rings inside.

Hi Mack

it sounds like a solinoid problem, but it could also be due to a flat battery i would try changing that first.

if not separate the shocker so you have access to the solinoids (keep the hose on that connects the reg to the gun).

Check that the wires from the board are still connected to the solinoid as they do come off. If its off then resolder it back on and use a hot glue gun to seal it to the solinoid.

On the solinoids you will see a small button, press this with the gun gassed up and the solinoids will fire ( the fire solinoid should be marked up as SH3000). If it does not fire then the solinoid could be duff or need cleaning and regreasing.

a new set of solinoids will set you back about £150.00 + VAT

i have some instructions some where on the cleaning and regreaseing of the solinoids, ill dig them out and mail you a copy

cheers

1. Check the battery. May need replacement.
2. Grease the firing piston and its housing after cleaning all the holes with a dental pick.
3. Check tank pressure--he may have just run out of air! :D
4. Clean and grease Maxflow piston.
5. Take apart solenoids, clean solenoid pistons and grease them, and pick the holes clean (BE CAREFUL WITH THE GASKETS AND PISTON ORINGS!!!).

Shockers are so simple...if it doesn't shoot, clean and grease it.
