Shocker Help

Can anyone let me know the idiot's guide to setting an 03 Shocker to 15 bps for Campaign (original board so not ramping).

36 chirps from the bottom gives you 14.9bps

Remember, that you're adjusting the recharge rate, NOT the dwell... Make sure you hold in the trigger mister
