Shocker breaking paint

My shocker is seeming to break paint quite easily. The vlocity is where it should be, the bolt is lubed and oiled up.

Any suggestions to what it could be or how it could be resolved?!

Yeah front breech oring is the best bet.

You also checked your detents? Was it with training paint, if ya can be arsed use your loader on a lower force setting and if you have the option bump up your 'loader delay' a little.

ive found if my paint is a touch brittle just dial the velocity down to 250-260fps and it usually works fine. and because the paint is brittler (is that even a word???) it still breaks on folk just as well.
