Setting up of the e-blade eye?

Hi there
Can any1 help me out..ive been shooting yellow shelled paint no probs with the eye on factory setting (128).also it seem ok on the purple pink shelled paint but if i set the eye like the booklet says i have prob,s

Drop ball in breech with bolt pulled back check eye reading 5 time,s use highest number. i got 9 then Add 10,right then goto set change to 19 wont fire am i doing this right?

Hope this make,s sense i know ican shoot it at 128 factory setting but if i get a diffrent colour shell when playing i aint gonna no how to set it

Eye settings

The Factory eye setting of 128 is adequate for 95% of paintball colours. You should only have to alter the eye setting if the eye reads above 128 when a paintball is in the breech.
