Yes the hotel is fully booked
BUT I have a spare room so if anyone wants a room then contact me asap.
The hotel is full of paintballers as there are no other events on this weekend. We have the use of the top bar (last year) plus the Ballroom. The event will start about 8pm (although I am sure a lot will be in the bar from 5-6.00pm
)
I will try to get the presetations over by 9.30 and then the food so there will be plenty of drinking and dancing (Gilly you better have sorted the DJ) until 1.00am. The residents bar will then open until late.................or early morning.
Some sad news- due to unforseen circumstances the guest of honour - Pete Robinson - has had to pull out, but Anthony Jones will take his spot and present the awards (the first he will know about it is when he reads this posting)
Numbers - around 200 I estimate.
Food - just enough for Ledz and Me!!! and cheescake for JJ to wear
So will you all be there???
