series 2002

hello peeps just a couple of q's can i get a show of hands or summat for whos p,aying this last series 2002 event and can u confirm it is in durham and not near s****horpe if so anybody know the site etc and the format i have looked into the series slightly as this is a grounding for us for next year,please and hints or tips would be cool cheers

The last round is indeed in Durham, at Witton Castle near Bishop Auckland. It is about 120 miles from Scun thorpe. The format will be all sup'air plus maybe one other concept type field.

Yes, the fields will be the same on Sunday as on Saturday, possibly with the exception of the new concept field from Crossball (this will be making its debut and depending on how it plays, may be tweaked).

If you are coming to walk the fields, support the Uni tournament and stay over on Saturday night, there is a BBQ at the castle - we have the cellar bar!

For info, Diablo will be bringing a trade stand and paint for the weekend.

And don't forget - there may be some uni 'ballers who are graduating next year, and therefore will be looking for teams in the middle distance future (a bit longer than immediate future).

I reckon it'll be a fantastic "shop-window" for the skills of some players who deserve a place (fully sponsored of course) on a team once their uni casts them aside.
