Sending a marker to Dye

Recently bought a DM9, not had a chance to use it yet.
A friend told me something about a service by Dye in which you can send them your marker and they service it for you.
Is this true and if so how do I go about doing it? Also any ideas of price?

Just ring dye Europe up... And they should be able to help mate... number is on dyes website... I sent my nt there when I had troubles

Contact them before sending it in as they have to give you a job number or similar reference which you stick in with the returning kit.
