kits was last used about 2 and a half years ago a week before my motorbike crash and insueing hospital spending time i messed my lower back up where i dont get full range anymore and gives me constant hip pain doc said it sould get better but 30ish months later still as bad so as much as it kills me to do it im selling up :,( i know
