ok guys its christmas so feel like treating myself, and i can honestly say im fed up to the teeth with sore fingers everytime i take apart my i3s to clean them. yes they are amazing, never fog up, are lightweight and comfortatable, but i want something with a quick change lens, that doesnt take 5 minutes to change (my personal best :D)

i know ill probably get burnt at the stake for saying this, but i dont like JT proflexs, and iv tried Events and grillz- dont particularly like them. its either the i4s, or i stick with my i3 pros.

the i4s look like they cut into the jaw line abit, dont fancy catching a paintball in the gob while shouting

what do you think?

Bit of a limit that i3's or i4's up to you then:rolleyes:I use events and grillz doesn't take me 5 mins to change a lense though but what does that matter? Wouldn't be doing that mid match. For me though as i ain't a young pup both the event and the grillz are exposed at the throat but the i4's look more severe so i won't be investing in a pair.

i4's

i4s are the nuts man, unless you afraid of getting hit in the forehead then these are not for you they offer the least head protectin that i have incounted but if youre not then these are the right goggels :D:) also geting shot in the moush is highly unlikly unless you dont stare up in the sky you wont get mouthshotted

Here is a post i wrote a while back on another thread that will hopefully help to clarify things further..

Honestly the I4's are the lightest, comfiest goggle system I have ever worn. They cut tight into the jaw line whilst leaving a good space between the mask and your mouth for great ventilation and communication.
All of Nexus were so happy when we got ours before Paris as the field of vision is notably better than anything else out there.
They won’t be for everyone due to the size; they were designed as an athletic Pro goggle. Hence the reason DYE will continue the I3 Pro, so we will have 2 top of the range goggles to hopefully cater to everyone’s needs.
Hope that helps to explain them further. Keep an eye out over the next week or so as I'm sure a small initial batch will be arriving soon.

cheers tommy, i hold your opinion in pretty high regard to be honest.

i will probably end up getting the i4s i think, the fast change lens and the good field of vision is important, and they look flippin sexy. a couple of mates have them, so will probably try them on first

thanks everyone for your advice

Thanks Jon :)
Always cool to try on something so personal like goggles but I can't see you regretting it either way, they are don.
All the best,
Tommy
