Second hand bottles

I'm thinking about a second hand fibre wrapped bottle but have had some advice that it's best to buy new as you don't know the history of it ie it might have been dropped and have a hair line fracture in it (one in a million chance but have been told if it does you can get into all sorts of trouble if it goes!!)

I've seen some here for sale and resonable prices.

Any advive appreciated

99.9% of them on here are well looked after, but if youre still unsure then just go and get it tested.

I'd generally recommend having the bottle tested as and when you buy it. I've only ever bought from new, but sending it to HPac or someone to get it tested.

I think there was a post on here that said they stopped testing, dont quote me on that though

There was a post but it was because the Gov made some law up and made H pac believe they could not test bottles. But they are testing bottles !

Yeah they only stopped for a few days.
