Search function

Is the search function disabled? I try to search and it says wait thirty seconds. I wait and it says the same thing? Havent been able to search all day. Thanks for the help!

been playing up with me as well.
took half a dozen goes before it recognised there were any "todays posts" - kept saying no match....

Nothing that I know of. Just worked for me a few times.

while your on aout the search function is it possible to make the wait time between searches less than 30 secs?

Technically yes, but if we do then the server can get overwhelmed with a flood of quick searches, the time out guards against it. We might lower it for Plats though.

It searches fine until you try to search for a members post fromthe drop down menu under there name. Thanks for looking Beaker.

No problems here mate on Firefox and Internet Explorer. Haven't been able to make it do it...

Try clearing your cookies and cache of temporary internet files from your browser, some may be left from the forum switchover that happened recently and are gumming up the works.

If you still experience the problem, then get back to us.
