Russian Legion, next year X-ball or Super Seven Series?

I'd love to know what the Russian Legion are thinking about getting upto next year.

With them all being fit athletes and from what we have already seen at the IAO, they would be great in X-ball. They would be the leaders in any Euro X-ball to start with, that's for sure...

BUT...

Since they play some of the most fantastic technical/thinking paintball and have made such developments in the 7 man format, I think it would be a real shame if they didn't continue with it.

Also considering that maybe some of the top USA teams will not be playing in the 7 man series it would be an opportunity for the RL to stamp their authority all over the 7 man format.

AND I honestly think if Chucks' 7 man series comes off and he gets the reffing as they are hoping, and certain teams are commited to the PSP events, then the Russian Legion could go into the USA and kick arse. Was a shame not to see them at the World Cup this year

How cool would that be? A European team ripping it up in the heart of paintball? That I would love to see!

The Russian Legion will be playing X-Ball if the revised conditions suggested by Laurent are agreed by the PSP and the X-Ball powers that be, who all meet in Vegas in early December.
No firm decisions will be made by anybody till after then.

Good Question... It sounds like there may be exclusion clauses... so you can only play one series.

But then since Aftershock may be putting a team into every series maybe it will be exclusion clauses for players... otherwise they wouldn't be able to run as Aftershock in all series? Not sure.

Or they have Aftershock SS7, Aftershock X-ball, and Aftershock PSP....

If they do that will they be able to swap players around through different series events... hmm.

Well, that's basically the condition that Lauent will be suggesting or rather making it contingent for us to put on X-Ball.
If the powers that be over there agree, then the Stateside trips for the X-Ball Euro teams will also involve playing in the 10 man PSP, if that's what they want to do; as well as the Yank X-ball teams playing the Millennium alongside their X-ball duties over here.
