www.xballpaintball.com i think thats the site and they have the rules on it. i cant help you with speedball though maybe the nppl's site has them

k, yea at www.nppl.com they have some rules but you have to download them so i dont know what they are for.

Those are the standard 5/10 man rules the NPPL has been using for the last few years. You can also get them on the NPPL.tv website here
