rules for xball and sup air

xball is a format played on a sup air pitch mate, sup air as standard is 2 teams of 5 or 7 players playing the best of 5 games as is the case with millenium and the masters series. X ball is seriously cool, the difference is both teams normally have 10 players with only 5 on the pitch at once, each match lasts 50minutes and its as many games as can be played in the time limit. Between games each team has 2minutes to turn round re-air and re pod before going back out hence 10 ppl 5 ready to play while 5 wating to play all ready to go, its awesome fun the only downside being the huge paint bill that normally ensues afterwards but hey its all fun and games hope this helps.
