i want to build an automag to use at my local site (running on co2), i want to use an RT pro as a base, and eventualy get a karta body and rail what would i have to do to get a level 7 valve and either a level 7 or 10 bolt in to a RT PRO/ KARTA body??

what i want to do is:

Karta body & rail
15 degree ASA
Y grip intelliframe
level 7 valve
level 7/10 bolt

So long as its defo coming off an RT Pro and not an RT then nothing... apart from the obvious, of swapping the bolt + valve + hosing over and changing over the sear assembly.

You may want to think about buying a front bottle mount for the rail and run an expansion chamber setup on it to try and reduce the chances of co2 blowing the the seals out.

An expansion chamber will work but I'd also recommend getting an angled ASA and an anti-syphon installed in your CO2 tank. Mags hate liquid in them and anything you can do to keep it out the better. You can still get a level 10 bolt kit for a classic(lvl 7) valve. I recommend that over the old level 7 bolts.

i was trying to get hold of a nickel/silver 15 degree asa, cant find them anywhere!!! i will eventually get an expansion chamber machined, so it folds back towards the bottom of the grip and attatches onto a drop forward, so basicaly you screw the co2 tank into the expansion chamber, it should look cool and will give a little extra space for the co2 to vaporise. god knows where i will get that done tho!

sorry i mean i cant find anywhere in the uk that does them, but i guess i could always import them. my idea with the gas through was to remove one of the hoses, increase the size, and look cool. i cant remember what the part you screw your tank into is called but that would be an integral part of the gas through, so no need for the bottom hose, im not sure if it should have a rail so a drop forward (of the right size) will fit or build it the screw straigh in to the grip. imagine a gas through which bends at 90 degress back toward you, at the same hight as the bottom of the grip into which you screw your co2 tank, of course you will need to attatch it to the grip as well. kinda makes sence, but i know what it looks like in my head, lol :)
