the rt pushes the trigger back therfore if you get your finger in the right place the trigger bounces of your finger and it goes full auto

RT's

RT's are legal for tournies. As long as you set the input pressure at a sensible amount the trigger will not go reactive. They will not go full auto unless there is a fault with the on/off or valve. There has always been confusion between auto, bounce and reactive.
Auto=hold trigger in marker fires till you let go.
Bounce=electo problem caused by trigger being set up right on the contact point of switch or faulty switch. One pull gun keeps firing, with the vibration sometimes causing it to carry on even after you let go of the trigger!
Reactive= trigger pushes against finger. Sometimes if output pressure too high or trigger rod set wrong, slight pressure on the trigger will cause the marker to kep firing until you let go.
Like any marker, set up right and it's legal!
Think those definitions above are right.

 does this apply to the rt mag coz i was under the impression it wasnt electronic??

As TonyF has already said:

Bounce is a symptom of electro guns, where there is a fault or the trigger is set badly.

Reactiveness is caused by a non-electro reactive marker (eg RT mag, tippman RT etc).
As long as the amount of reactiveness is set sensibly it can be used in torunaments.
