OK well the screw at the rear of the grip frame has become rounded and as a result i am unable to remove it using an Allen key. i was wondering if anyone knew any ways to remove a screw like this without resorting to drilling it out.

thanks a lot

Try using a torx bit thats slightly bigger than your allen key, hammer it in,the grip given by the torx bit and the shock given by hammering should be all thats needed to undo it.You could also try grinding paste on the torx bit to give it some 'extra' bite.
Or you could use mole grips!!

thanks

all sounds good.

Olly would you be able to clarify what a Torx bit is, I'm fairly new to paintball and tools are completely over my head :p. so any clarification on what it is, where i can get one, ect, would be grand.

Alternatively...

Get a hacksaw and saw a groove into the screwtop. Then simply unscrew it with a screwdriver. Easy to do and effective.

As coldy said, use a small hacksaw to saw a groove through the head of the screw and then use a screwdriver to screw it out. Had to do this for some eye cover screws and it's worked pretty well. Once you get it out, don't screw it in tightly though :p
