TO THE GENTLEMAN WHO CALLS HIMSELF "ROOSTER" OF TEAM CORROSION.
SIR, IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT YOU HAVE PUBLISHED A LETTER CONTAINING SEVERAL DEROGATORY REMARKS CONCERNING TEAM VIPER AT THE TEN- MAN TOURNAMENT AT SKIRMISH NOTTINGHAM, LAST MONTH.

FIRST OF ALL, I AM SORRY YOU FEEL THE WAY YOU DO. I WISH NO ILL FEELING BETWEEN TEAM VIPER AND ANY OTHER TEAM. IN FACT I ACTIVELY ENCOURAGE TEAM MEMBERS TO BE AS HELPFUL AS POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY TO LESS EXPERIANCED PLAYERS AND TEAMS, AND AM SADDENED TO HEAR OF YOUR LETTER.

BUT....... I URGE YOU TO CONSIDER THESE POINTS.

1) VIPER FELT THEY BORE THE BRUNT OF A NUMBER OF QUESTIONABLE REFEREEING DECISIONS THROUGHOUT THE DAY...LETS BE REALISTIC, REFFING IS A THANKLESS JOB ON THE BEST OF DAYS, AND BY AND LARGE REFEREES DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THE STAFF AT SKIRMISH NOTTINGHAM ARE NO EXCEPTION, BUT IF A TEAM FEELS THAT THEY ARE DRAWING THE "SHORT STRAW" A TENDANCY TO "MAKE SURE" OF AN ELIMINATIONS OCCURS, AND TEMPERS RUNNING CLOSE TO THE EDGE IS ENEVITABLE.

2) I BELIEVE THAT THE LAST GAME OF OUR DAY WAS BETWEEN YOUR TEAM AND MINE. AS THE SCOREBOARD LAY THE WINNER WOULD TAKE THIRD PLACE IN THAT DIVISION, THE LOSER PLACED, WELL, NOWHERE!
HISTORY WOULD DICTATE THAT YOUR TEAM LOST. DO YOU THINK THAT PERHAPS THIS RESULT MAY HAVE INFLUENCED YOUR DECISION TO PUBLISH YOUR LETTER?

3) YOU STATE THAT NOT ONLY IN THE GAME AGAINST YOUR TEAM, BUT IN ALL OUR OTHER GAMES THAT VIPER WERE BEING ****ERS. I RESPECTFULLY SUGGEST THAT YOUR EFFORTS MAY BE BETTER EMPLOYED IN WATCHING YOUR OWN TEAM AND NOT MINE. YOU MAY POSSIBLY WIN MORE GAMES AND HAVE LESS TIME TO CRITISIZE PEOPLE YOU CLEARLY DO NOT KNOW.

4) IN A DEMOCRACY YOU HAVE THE INHERENT RIGHT TO EXPRESS YOUR OPINION, BUT TO PUBLISH IT ON THE INTERNET IS ANOTHER MATTER. CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THAT " FOR EVERY ACTION THERE IS A REACTION"......ITS BASIC PHYSICS.

5) FINALLY, IN FUTURE IF YOU FIND YOURSELF SO UPSET ABOUT ANYTHING TO DO WITH MINE OR ANY OTHER TEAM, EXTEND THEM THE COMMON COURTESY OF ADDRESSING THEM FACE TO FACE AND NOT BEHIND A NICKNAME ON THE INTERNET. IF AFTER CONSIDERATION YOU DECIDE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE THE SPINE TO DO THIS ,IT WOULD BE BETTER IF YOU SAID NOTHING AT ALL.

Okay, first off, there's no need to shout (Caps lock thing).

I understand your motives for posting this, as I have read some of the remarks made about your team. I have to say I was not present at the tourney in question, therefore I cannot say who is 'right' and who is 'wrong' in this case. Usually there are two sides to the story and the truth lies somewhere in between.
Anyway, what I would like to say is this: Anybody responding to this post better think twice about what they say. Say what you feel, but do it in a civilised manner. There has been enough flaming on this forum lately (both Robbo and team Apocalypse go through life looking somewhat charcoaly at the moment), therefore I will not hesitate to remove offensive posts, or this entire thread if things get out of hand.
Think with your brains people, not with your balls.

This is becomming a huge headache for me. Rooster should not have said what he said about you guys on p8ntballer and I apologize, but you are in the wrong as well for doing the same thing. The post he made had nothing to do with the loss we took from you guys. It had to do with the excessive shots you fired on two of my players at the climax of the game. That is why he said what he said. The game was intense and some players become overzealous, but if a player has been marked there is no need to put 8 to 10 more balls on him. That is why he was upset. Your attitudes walking off the field came across very arrogant, and that can give off the wrong impression of what type of team you are.

As far as you guys helping less experienced players, I commend you for that, but that game came down to the last four seconds so I really don't see how you can say you are that much better than us. It could have gone either way. I REALLY look forward to playing you again, so you can see how inexperienced you think we are.

Ok, I was one of the players (along with some other Machine members) who were playing in that game, and I really do think that this should be sorted out via e-mail instead of all this public forum shiznit.

K2 had some problems with an Iron Wolf game at the euro indoor and things got outa hand with that when posts started flying about.

I really can't comment much on the incident itself. At the end of the game Al Woods and myself where in Vipers half of the field in a stand-up. Viper pulled off a class double mug on both of us. During this mug I was shot right on the end of my dick and nearly fell on the floor there and then. I started hobbling back to the dead box and could hear all sorts of **** going off, but as you can probably guess I wasn't really bothered as I was finding it really hard to breath and felt pretty sick!
Now from what I heard I guess there was some over zealous bonus ballin going on. If people are already hit then that’s always a bit unfair, but on a similar note I know what its like when the bloods pumpin and the triggers flyin. Some times it just happens. That said you also know what it's like to be bonus balled. IT FRIKIN HURTS!
Anyway on that note I think for both your team’s sake, and the sports sake, you should kiss and make up.
As for me, I've almost got the feeling back and have stopped walking bow legged!

2nd You already had sent me an e-mail and I replied respectfully with no disrespectful comments. I tried once to remove my comments I made about your team but this forum has NO delete option. I understand about the whole thing like I said in my e-mail. I also changed the comments made since I was enlighten'd.

3rd My comments had nothing to do with Team Corrosion! This was my views and not the teams!!!

It was just a view. If you think it was because we lost you are wrong. Also when I tried to explain to your team at that match your members replied with profanity and hostilities towards myself. So don't think I didn't try.
