Is there a reason why tournament organisers have to set retarded ROF rules? 11.8 for millenium and 13.33 or something for psp, why the feck can't it just be a simple 12 bps for mills and 13 for psp, does that 0.2 and 0.33 bps make any difference? ....... NO!

i have just been informed that mills is 12 bps and nicky was jus saying 11.8 to be on the safe side
but the rant still stands for psp

it's to do with the actual time between individual shots in milliseconds being an easy number for programming - means it converts up to fractions in shots per second.

Plus it means you can set your board at 13bps and allow a margin for error, as not all board RFO values translate as accurately as they might. Just set to 13 and you're good to go
