I think I got enough aggravation in my life without having to slap a few loud mouth yanks around for gobbing off at me.
I really don't think I got the right temperament to do the job nor would I want to.
I been to the States something like 45 times now, I have done my bit in the US and have enough to be getting on with over here, what with the X-Ball team, my job, Backlash, just got married and so on.
Nah, any energy I got left, sure ain't gonna be diverted Stateside, far too much potential over here
But, I will say this much; Bill Cookston is going to be almost impossible to replace.
I have had a few run ins with him when I played for Aftershock and he always displayed great control, was always truly impartial and a man I have always respected.
As for his replacement ?
I would have to recommend somebody like Lane Wright, who would take no **** from anybody and has a vast knowledge of the game and just as importantly the respect of all the top players.
He's the only guy I could think of who could fill them boots !!
