The source footage is from the "1995 Paintball World Cup" games aired on ESPN in '95. They were actually filmed in '94 at Cup when they were being held at "Paintball World" in Kissimmee, FL. Robbo, playing with "Shades of Grey", talks a little about Euro paintball to a host that, obviously, doens't speak the lingo of 'ballers.
Now since I had the old tapes out, I decided to mpg a few other gems as well. They're SMALLER than the Robbo vid, but chock full of action.

A game Bill Gardner would rather forget. All A's VS. the Ironmen (the real Ironmen...) It's near endgame, wiht Jerry Braun doing play by play, Bill runs up the middle for the flag and... Well, look at the video. I know the rest of the story from there, and so does Bill Gardner. Let's just say "Dislocation" and "Ouch".

Same game, but earlier in the match. Dave Youngblood in his classic blacks makes a move in the center, bunkers two guys, and does a faceplant on national TV.
Mind you folks, this is paintball as we played it in '94. NO masks, goggles only. Woods fields, but you can still see the games clearly. I have a few other games from the series, but not the FUN ones. I'm still looking for Bad Company VS Ironmen with the infamous goggle shot.
