Right thing to do?

Hi,

Bought a Halo B hopper from Barfoot (http://www.p8ntballer-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?144548-Small-Clear-Out) and it didn't work. He agreed to send new working internals and a battery harness but this was around 2 weeks ago. Have tried contacting seller with no reply so have had to open a dispute in paypal. Was this the right thing to do?

That's what I got in the last PM from him on the 19th and he stated he has posted the extra items. 1st of May now and still haven't received them. Pretty convenient that after saying he's sent them that he goes inactive.

He's probably gone on holiday, these extra bank holidays have encouraged alot of us to leave for warmer climates

Even if he's on holiday, the items should have arrived days ago if he's apparently posted them.

Nothing mate, I've gave him a deadline of 7 days to reply in the dispute and if he doesn't reply I'm escalating to a claim.

How did your transaction with him go?
