RF transmitter installation DXS PULSE

I'm not familiar with the rampage board, but you need to connect the loose ends of the harness to the soloneid connection on the board. (Requires soldering)

Sounds like you bought an RF chips with a drop in harness too? Where'd you get it from?
If you just get the RF chip normally it comes with the single plug and loose wires like in the vid.
It sounds like you have an aftermarket harness too, in that case look to where the wire from the solenoid plugs into the circuit board. You then unplug this, take the harness and one plug should go in the board, one plug should connect to the solenoid wire you just pulled off the board and one plug should connect to the RF chip. Then your good to go.
Hopefully that makes sense.

I don't think it matters which way around the 3 pin plug goes on the tranmitter. I believe the two 2-pin plugs are there to bridge the gap between solenoid plug socket on the board and the actual solenoid plug to hijack the signal.
I'm just surprised that it came with the complete harness like that, especially seeing as there are different solenoid plugs on different gats. So the one you have may fit an ion, it may not, unless it was specified when you ordered.
