I recently purchased a Revi, I opened the package, everything seemed sturdy exept for the lid, it felt like stiff, brittle plastic

yea mine came with an x board, i tried swiching the lid from my old hopper, diddnt seem to fit right though, mabe i'll try again

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The plastic is most likely to break (if at all) on the hinge, and you would have to get shot with your lid open for that to happen. I think the trouble of finding a new lid isn't worth it. If you do break one though, you can buy a new lid for something like $2.00 on firstcallpaintball I think....or on the viewloader website.
i have an old black revi and after i did philips mod to it i dont need X board wooo, and its a nice strong shell.

what is phillips mod I might try it, ( doubt ill need it because im still shootin my sonix, but with trigger mod ( verry simple) it could be useful
