Not exactly a technical question, but I was wondering if black revi's are made from the same material as VL 200's. I'm using a Gem revi at the moment, and the feed neck just doesnt seem up to it. The thing is made more of plastic whereras the VL200 is more rubber, which would be better for me. Just wondering if buying new sides for it will sort it out?

black revvys are more supple than gem series ones ... and dont fracture as easily thats wut iv found ne way .. the gem series revvies are more brittle but down to personal preferance

go to warpig.com they did some tests on the new revi shells with hammers and reckon that they're just as tough as the black un's. my own personnel findings tho are that the blacks are the way to go for durability

I dont like the black ones, I never know how much paint I have untill I hear the motor spinning so I like the smoke, but hey to each his own
