.And by that of couse I mean ulta left-wing organizations will always be under scrutinization from the moderates and right wingers. Kyoto is an attempt to put a handicap on the worlds economic super powers in the guise of an eco-friendly, PC, world saving, pollution stopping, bear baiting, cow tipping, .......never mind ignore those last few. But the point is that because it's an economic policy wrapped in an environmental one everyone assumes it must be a good thing. Prs. Bush took a lot of heat for not endorsing the treaty, but once it was seen for what it was, that died out. Way to go Mr. Illarionov, for calling a spade a spade.
