So I'm thinking of picking one of these up in the next few weeks, but I've never owned a cocker before so I'm after peoples thoughts an oppinions on the Resurection and if there's anything I should know about owning a cocker? I'd love to get my hands on one and have a feel but unfortunatly my local store doesn't stock them.

My main reasoning for buying one is that the vast majority of my play is against regular punters on Saturdays whereas my local walk on's take place on Sundays which I only get the chance to play a couple of times a year because of work. I always do my best to ease off but I know electro markers are still intimidating to most rental players so I'm in the market for something a bit less agressive.

I have had punters complain that my sniper "fires to quickly" when playing on punter days, it took my VSC phantom before they weren't scared (after I'd explained that it wasn't a scope and I had to change the gas every 30 shots).

But yep pumps are perfect for playing punters, the resurrection is nice but a bit pricey, have a look at the eNMEy if your after a mech to slow you down.

when i play with rental players,i take a pump (phantom here) and black mask, used trousers, used shirt. have a "rental camo".

and last game of the day,you can take your electro for having fun and laugh with the best rental players of the day!

personally I don't consider it a true cocker without having a back bloke maybe that's me just being picky but that aside they are meant to be really good if its anything like the old school cockers it will be accurate as hell

If it's as accurate as I remember, with a bit of modern tech thrown in to make it more user friendly then it's a winner in my book.

Yea I've tried messing around with a friends pump but I could never really get along with it. Was considering an eNMEy but then I thought I'd want some upgrades on it first (ASA, barrel kit etc.) So by the time I've paid for that I may as well spend the bit extra for the nicer marker.

depending on your budget it could be worth buying 2nd hand you can pick up some really good mid range even some high range markers for really good prices, resurection cocker itself wouldn't be a bad start to be fair not a bad start at all

Oh I know I could get a very decent marker for less money but I already have a Creed an Ego 8 and 2 Ion's so I'm strictly after a mech this time.
