I think Gassy should get a mention as everyone hates most of the work he does, but he keeps the forums clean and tidy and makes sure there is peace in the world

I can see the point in it (the list) but i think it'd just end up as another stealth way of bullying people.
The mod's do a good job of straightening people out or making 'em disappear anyway!

i could see it being useful if it was properly managed and there was sufficient evidence of it.

i.e. more than one account of it happening e.g. to 2 different people

but i can understand those peoples concerns.
