Removing printed names from shirts?

I have an 07 eclipse shirt which I'm looking to sell but I have my name printed on the back (the name printed is 'Aled Jones' lol)

What is the best way to get it off? Don't think there are any other Aled Jones's on this forum.

i took mine off with really hot water mate and it kinda melted and peeled off however you will still see it because of colour pigmentation ? (have no idea if thats how you spell it before i get rinsed lol)

And isnt Aled Jones that bloke of chris moyles show lol !

a hair dryer might work as they are usually printed on via a heat plate..

I know theres an Aled on the chris moyles show and he might have the last name Jones like me lol But an even famous Aled Jones is the singer!
